This book taught me the foundation of everything I would need to understand to change my life; The Law of Attraction and Vibration, How to Have a Razor's Edge, and how to be a Chance Taker.
And then here I am 12 years later on, and my life is and then different. Information technology all started out when I spoke to my quiet neighbour, who he handed me this book. I know that I was destined to practice and so much more with my life, and this book was my start stride! Also, working in the offices with Bob Proctor and his staff, I can tell you offset mitt, that anyone who properly applies the concepts, will change their life forever. I saw and witnessed success stories fourth dimension after time over again, of people who put in the effort, and were able to reap the rewards with their life.

I've watched a lot of Bob Proctor's videos and I've listened to a plethora of his speeches also. I think the premise of this volume accurately nurtures the mindset that's necessary to spring forth the required actions that we need, especially if you're serious about the attainment of your goals.

This audiobook is based on a recording of a two day workshop, it's important to also complete the activity book that yous are able to download with it. This was only my first time listening to the whole workshop, i'll exist going through it a second time to complete the activities. There are some extremely valuable shifts in thinking that are necessary for an abundant mindset, unearthing any limiting thinking that you may not be conscious of having.Bob Proctor is fun to listen to, very inspiring and motivating! I've been adopting some of his habits of thinking and still notwithstanding to learn everything I tin can from the work shop.
I recommend it for anyone feeling stuck, wanting to change upwards their thinking in a more than positively geared direction.

I'll never get tired of books like this.I'm not focused on confirming every detail. I had a football coach who used to talk like this to me. Whether he was right on everything or not was not my concern. The human gave me a rocket pack. He convinced me I could do anything if I worked difficult and smart plenty.
Guys similar Bob Proctor go my mind in the zone. Robert Cialdini discussed in Presuasion about how, to his surprise, something as unproblematic every bit motivational posters could make people work longer. I guess this is my booster.
He definitely reframed a few things in my mind which were helpful. Good performance omnibus.
...moreOriginally released in the 1980'southward, long before the contempo resurgence in Law of Allure literature, "You Were Born Rich" tin can re-ignite our divine spark by reminding us that we all have an immense power within us – the power of thought.
Bob Proctor reminds us that, "Through the years, history has recorded the results of great visionaries. In fact, everything e'er accomplished was at first, and for a time, nothing more than than an image held in the mind of the architect. Realize, now, that you too are the 'mental architect' of your ain destiny" and if nosotros aren't happy with our current reality we take to start by changing our thoughts, "If yous sincerely wish to change or improve your results in your physical world, you must modify your thoughts and you must change them immediately."
Furthermore, equally the wise have cautioned throughout history, we are forewarned near the negative furnishings of fear, "A mind 'saturated' with fear of failure or images of unwanted results, tin can no more accomplish, create, or produce anything of value, than a stone can violate the law of gravity by flying upward in the air;" and this eventually leads us to the concept that "…we concord on to one-time ideas and old things, because we lack faith in our ability to obtain new ideas and new things. This of grade, leads to a condition of insecurity, which stems, at its root, from an disability to sympathize who, and what, you are. And, a lack of sensation of your true relationship with the infinite ability will ever go out yous with a distorted paradigm of yourself."
Of class, beingness aware that we have power and beingness aware of those things that tin drain our power make up simply a minor office of the material, the largest portion of "You Were Born Rich" is dedicated to how we tin reclaim, and make use of, our inherent ability. Although there is far more information in the volume than I can include here, some of the meaning discussions heart effectually the power of: visualization, expectation and the subconscious mind. Essentially, "whatever thought, plan or purpose may be planted in the subconscious heed past repetition of thought empowered by religion and expectancy."
And, speaking of repetition of thought, the ideas in this book will but piece of work when we sympathize the material at a deep level, non merely at the surface, intellectual level, so it may require more than than one read to get the total do good. Thankfully, Bob Proctor has made this a very readable book and readers will likely savour the information regardless of how many times they read information technology: I know I volition.

I would probably give this three.v stars instead of four. This is archetype self-assist motivational stuff. I listened to the Audible version and I can't imagine really reading it. This was recommended to me by a life coach named Marco Lopez. These seminars tin cost upward of $10,000 and you can buy it for nearly nothing on aural.
I believe in the power of positive thinking. I believe in goals. I believe in a lot of the things talked virtually in the book only Proctor says these techniques work because of our encephalon chemistry which I don't retrieve he really knows. It'southward OK if we don't know why something works. We don't need to explain it cerebrally or scientifically. Whenever he did that I rolled my optics. I tin can't effigy out why I didn't adore this book. I deeply believe in the principles he discusses, but I remember the fact that Proctor ever told the people in the seminar that they could all drive Cadillacs or become wealthy if they applied the principles made me desire to take a shower. It fabricated me feel muddied and cheapened the seminar. The goal with cocky-help in my listen should be improvement of cocky-mastery or intellectual and spiritual progression and non to drive a Cadillac. Ew.
There is a lot of good content hither. He mainly breaks down Napoleon Colina'southward material into different bite-sized concepts that he puts into detached action items.
I'll requite Proctor another hazard.

I "read" the audio version of this, which isn't an audiobook but a recording of the seminar of the aforementioned proper name, given in the late 80s.The whole time I was listening to it, I was so fired up and inspired. At present that I've finished it, it feels like it'southward wearing off. I tin run across why he recommends to heed to it over and over forever.
Meanwhile, it was my companion at my holiday motel, and it felt similar I had a whole week-long retreat, merely Bob Proctor and me. It was crawly. Even though I've already heard about all of the content in the seminar before (I've worked with a chiliad-mentee of Bob Proctor and also spent a fair amount of time listening to her mentor, who was Bob Proctor's directly mentee. I've also read ii of the three books he talks about nigh (Recall and Abound Rich and The Science of Rich). So I guess it's not surprising that there wasn't a lot of new cloth here for me. It's kind of like watching Casablanca now and feeling how platitude it feels because so many things in popular civilization brand reference to information technology, so information technology feels kind of old and dried even though information technology's where those references came from, not the other way around.)
Anyway, whatever, information technology was super inspiring and helped me feel good. I probably will start over and listen to it once more.

The crux of this book past veteran motivational speaker and cocky-help author is that all of us are "born rich" in the sense of having a "magnificent God-given potential, which we owe ourselves to nurture".The author lays out ten points as to how i can become most unlocking the riches one is born with to live a successful and rich life. It makes for a expert entry indicate into the world of self-improvement for the uninitiated.
Whilst the author is popularly linked to the concept of the Police of Attraction through Rhonda Byrne's movie 'The Secret', I found his explanation of the concept in this volume disappointingly clumsy, and recommend looking to books by Neville Goddard, Wayne Dyer and Joe Dispenza for a clearer expression.
Even though this book was get-go published in 1984, it reads similar something from the 1950'south in its language, its selection of words and phrases. It is a decent enough primer for the New Idea Movement. Consider going onto 'Recall and Abound Rich' by Napoleon Colina (published in 1937) and 'The Science of Getting Rich' past Wallace D. Wattles (published in 1910) if the subject field of wealth or prosperity mindset is of interest.

One of the master chapters in this book is called razor's edge.Virtually persons think at that place is a large difference betwixt an private that is stuck in real person's winning. The line that separates winning from losing is as fine every bit the razor's border end.
For example in 1947, armed was the first in the history of racehorse in America to win a thousand dollars in its career. However the horse that finished second in the race earned less by 175 dollars having lost in miles.
If you consider the winnings, a thirteen per centum difference would exist recorded between the two horses, but if you compare the two horses with fourth dimension of finishing race, less than four per centum departure volition be recorded.
This is an implication that just a slight change in your life could make a huge difference. Other Books..!

If you've read Napoleon Hill's book "Retrieve and Grow Rich", and "The Clandestine", then the principles are all here, they are just presented in the same way "The Cloak-and-dagger" is presented, which I personally don't appreciate.
I'm not saying that the principles included are not valid or effective, they are if you strip them to their core roots, I just didn't like the mode the volume decided to present them.

Bob Proctor is such a legend. I've been going to bed with him and I am sure that his voice and indisputable arguments take been gentley penetrating my brain. Ok enough with the innuendo. It is a really practiced, applied take on mindset. I particularly honey the references to his intentions to abound his business when information technology was a mere dot compared to what he has built today. It is a dated product and from an sound point of view it's a bit choppy equally he has other speakers who speak much more quickly.
